Don't get drunk and fly!

... and this includes passengers, too!
A good friend was recently denied boarding by ground crew after fumbling his boarding pass, loose change, and other assorted detris from his pockets. He and his wife had been enjoying (a few?) cocktails at the airport lounge before the flight, and probably didn't "smell" all that fresh.
Between the fumes and fumbling, airport personnel thought he was too inebriated and could pose a safety hazard in the event of an in-flight emergency.
It could have been much worse! Check out this article from a Scottish newspaper:
