You may be aware the link on my websites that goes to "Worthy Causes". Great efforts like Portland's Northwest Pilot Project and the Humane Society have links to encourage your support and encouragement.
Well, as you know, King County has fallen on tough times. The latest sacrificai lamb is the South King County Animal Shelter:
THE ANIMALS IN KING CO. NEED YOUR HELP!
Kurt Triplett, King Co. Executive has announced that the King Co. Animal Shelter in Kent will be shut down to help the budget deficit!
This is the ONLY shelter in King Co. that accepts all animals brought in. They do not turn any animal away.
PLEASE tell the King Co. executive and council NOT to close the shelter.
