My friend, Howard, sent me an article about legal under-aged stripping in the Nation's most diminutive state. Interesting piece about teens traveling to Rhode Island from Boston and more distant locales. Seems the locals haven't figured out a way to limit this high-wage alternative for high schoolers.
Seems that another little known legal loophole also

Yes, "indoor prostitution" is explicitly (pun intended) permitted throughout the "Hope" state.
I guess the smallest state, with the shortest state motto ("Hope"), makes sure their citizens don't have to simply
