Greetings fellow gentlemen readers
As we men age, we face necessary diagnostics (colonoscopy around 50, etc) as well as monitoring of the health of our prostate gland. Most men, if they live long enough, will develop prostate cancer or one of its precursors.
Our cities are blessed with traditional and holistic health specialists, but it never hurts to get a second opinion.
I recently read some interesting material that my doctor didn't mention in our recent discussion. So I offer the following to you all, with wishes for continued good health to each of you.

Did you know...
- Having sex within 72 hours of your PSA test can produce a false reading?
- Erectile dysfunction can be a symptom of prostate cancer?
- About 50% of men over 50 suffer from the life-changing symptoms of an enlarged prostate (BPH), increasing to almost 90% among men over age 80?
Early detection is the KEY factor in treating any disease successfully.
Regular prostate examinations and PSA tests are a must. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
