Gift Cards: Beware

KB Toys is in bankruptcy. Other retailers are having problems or worse.
A word of warning about your Gift Cards:
If a company goes into bankruptcy protection, the courts are saying that the outstanding gift cards must be discounted or reduced to little or no value.
Rule of thumb recommendation: if you have ANY gift cards, the sooner you use them, the better!
